Change Form (Tarzana)
- This form is for schedule changes only. Schedule changes are defined as moving one week to another. There are no cancellations. Space is subject to availability.
- Upon submission of this form, the credit card provided will be charged the additional fees for any added weeks/days or schedule change fees (if submitted after the deadline for changes).
- There will be no schedule change fees for adding weeks/days to your camper's schedule.
- Changes must be an even exchange of number of days within one week to another week. We are unable to switch one day to another within a week.
- If your child is currently on a transportation shuttle, he/she will be placed on same shuttle for added/changed dates.
